When you connect your Google Ads account, we access the following data to provide optimization recommendations:

Campaign data: Campaign names, types, statuses, bidding strategies, budgets, and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value)
Ad group data: Ad group names, statuses, and performance metrics
Keyword data: Keywords, match types, quality scores, and performance metrics
Ad data: Ad copy (headlines, descriptions), ad types, and performance metrics
Search term data: Search queries that triggered your ads and their performance
Product data: Shopping product information and performance (for Shopping campaigns)
Asset group data: Performance Max asset groups and their performance
Placement data: Where your ads appeared and their performance

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your Google Ads data exclusively to:

Generate AI-powered optimization suggestions: Analyze your campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Provide bidding recommendations: Suggest optimal target ROAS or CPA adjustments based on performance data
Identify keyword opportunities: Find high-performing search terms to add and underperforming keywords to pause
Optimize budgets: Recommend budget reallocations to maximize ROI
Create campaigns: Help you build new Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
Apply optimizations: Execute approved changes directly to your Google Ads account via the API
Display dashboards: Show you performance metrics and trends

4. Data Storage and Security

We take data security seriously:

Encrypted storage: All data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases hosted on secure cloud infrastructure
OAuth tokens: Your Google OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before being stored in our database. Tokens are used only to maintain API access on your behalf and remain active until you disconnect your account or revoke access via Google. When you disconnect your account, we revoke the token with Google and delete it from our systems
HTTPS only: All data transmission uses TLS encryption
Data retention: Performance data is retained to enable historical analysis. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us
Access controls: Only you can access your connected Google Ads accounts through authenticated sessions

4.1 Automated Operations

If you enable automation features, our system may:

Automatic data syncing: Periodically sync your Google Ads data to keep recommendations current
Automatic suggestion generation: Generate optimization suggestions based on your performance data
Automatic optimization application: If you enable auto-apply, apply approved optimization types directly to your Google Ads account based on your configured thresholds

You control all automation settings and can disable them at any time from the Automation Settings page.

5. Data Sharing and AI Processing

We do not sell, rent, or share your Google Ads data with any third parties for their own purposes.

Your data is used solely to provide you with optimization recommendations. The services we use are:

Google Cloud Vertex AI: We use Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini models) to analyze your campaign performance data and generate AI-powered optimization recommendations. Your Google Ads data stays entirely within Google's ecosystem. Google Cloud has contractual commitments that customer data processed through Vertex AI is NOT used to train, improve, or develop generalized AI/ML models. This ensures your data remains private and is used exclusively to provide personalized optimization recommendations for your campaigns.
Stripe: For payment processing only. Stripe does not have access to your Google Ads data.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

AdTurbo AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only use data to provide and improve the Google Ads optimization features you request
We do not transfer data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law
We do not use data for advertising purposes
We do not allow humans to read your data except with your affirmative consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or for internal operations
We do not use data obtained from Google APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI/ML models. All AI processing is performed using Google Cloud Vertex AI, which provides contractual guarantees that your data is not used for model training.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have control over your data:

Disconnect accounts: You can disconnect your Google Ads accounts at any time from the Accounts page
Revoke access: You can revoke AdTurbo AI's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions
Delete account: Contact us to delete your account and all associated data
Data export: Contact us to request an export of your data

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies only to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.
